Horrible service from Nomination South Africa.

So I placed an order online on the 8th of May with Nomination South Africa for a bracelet and link, the item did say that it was on back order and it would take approximately 21 days to be delivered which I was okay with. Low and behold 7 weeks later and I still have not received my order. I emailed them on the 5th of June regarding my order which I did not receive a reply until I sent them another email 5 days later on the 10th of June. They told me that the order is on its way from overseas and they should receive it within the week and I'll get it shortly, that was 2 and a half weeks ago and I still have not received my order or an email stating when my shipment will be received. Also a friend of mine placed the exact same order the day before me (7th of May) and they received their order 2 weeks after the order was placed. I find this absolutely ridiculous and the customer service from such a big known brand to be quite pathetic. After I receive my order (which was meant to be a Mother's day gift) I will never be dealing with Nomination South Africa again.
