Great customer service

I have been ordering online products for a while and I am very happy with the after sale service. Mary Anne from customer service is the most helpful person ever. She made it all worthwhile to buy online. The pearl of my nomination link fell out - that item was replace with no problems. The rose gold plated gold came off from one of the chains I bought - the chain was replace without any issues. Delivery times are great too. Thank you Nomination
