Disgusting service and customer communication

Absolutely terrible experience!! I ordered links from Nomination on the 8th of May for a birthday present. I didn't hear anything apart from the conformation of the order. I tried to phone everyday at least 3 times a day, I emailed everyday. I still didn't hear anything. Eventually I spoke to someone on the Facebook page. Even then they still didn't phone me back until a week later. I have only now spoken to someone on the 10th of June. She says it will be here this week and then they will over night it to me. I am disgusted in the service and client feedback. It is definitely not what I expected from a "reputable" company. So we will see if I actually get my order. Very disappointed!!!
