Cancellation Refund

Well we booked on bookings.com on the 1/7/25 at this place for a vacation but then we currently just went through a rough patch we can’t go to the vacation anymore and we did cancellation which we were refunded R600 and we payed R4,375 and we had booked for the 18-23march 2025 which provides free cancellations before the 17th,so we contacted bookings.com to help us with this issue,bookings.com wrote Nomads Nook 15 an email that the owner should make an exception but the owner claims that he/she hasn’t found the email.This is a total reap off I’d understand if the owner had taken some percentage but not this and his nolonger communicating with us and we demand our money
