Very unhappy about refunding process.

We arrived on the 16th of march 2020 at Nomad Botique Backpackers in the afternoon. We had made our payment of R1536 to stay for the week at the place. We had left and phone them back about 30min later asking if we can cancel. We went back to cancel and Njabulo asked for my bank details that he can refund me and that my money will be in my account on Wednesday 18th. I have been trying to get them to pay me since then and no one is helping me sort this matter out they told me there is a cancelation fee which I didnt have a problem with until now I would like my full refund back as I have contacted them and no one has gotten back to me. We have emailed, whatsapped and called them no response has been give until now, no effort has been put in to asset us in this matter. That is why we have contacted hellopeter to help with this matter.
