Nolatreve - Is it a hoax?

Is Nolatreve a hoax? I ordered a product on the 29 March 2020. Later that same day I cancelled the order. On the 30th March 2020 I received a confirmation that my order has been cancelled and no further cost will be payable. On the 3rd April 2020 I received an email to say that the order has been shipped. How can the order be shipped if I cancelled the order? On enquiry I was told that the product was shipped before it was cancelled - which calender do they use, surely the 29 March 2020 is before 3 April 2020! Since my order I have sent about 6 emails and everytime I get the same reply - someone will contact me.

On the 24th April 2020, after numerous emails someone contacted me. The line was so bad that I couldn't understand a word and obviously didn't get a proper answer on my query. On top of that the person just put the phone down in my ear - very unprofessional! Now I'm left with no product, no refund and they still have my money. I'm convinced this is a hoax!
