Terrible treatment

I had the most terrible experience at this clinic , I have been to this clinic twice and on both occasions I felt like getting up and leaving . First its the guy at the reception, he is rude and inpatient, the short lady ,light in complexion also at reception will make you feel like you are bothering her and she's got somewhere better to be then there's the lady at family planning ,so unfriendly, i'm supposed to be on chronic medication but I dont think ill go back there even though its the closest clinic to me , those people are only nice to each other ,the let you sit waiting while they chat and laugh.I ended up leaving before I could take tests because it was so humiliating to look like you have to beg for the staff to help you.
