False information

I called in June to see if this company could remove me from ITC. They said yes. The called me a few days later to say no, as there is a red flag at ITC. They said the fees was R3000 over 3 months, when I spoke with them today, they deducted R1933,33 from my find cheque account. They said I cannot get my money back, because it is more than 30 days. Godfrey at legal will not answer his phone or e mails. This company are *****s.
