Do not want to terminate my debt review

In 2010 i entered to debt review without full knowledge what it was, they have been calling me everyday on how they can reduce my debt payments. I quickly got information of what debt review was and called them to cancel and i will pay my own installments. I did not make even one payment with them, i paid and finished off my debts on my own until to date and even have paid up letter. I wanted to apply for car finance this month and i was told i am still on debt review.

I called this debt counsellors and spoke to bongani and luyanda to clear my name. they have been running me around and with their attitude clearly they do not want to remove it. They told me they have the powers to decide whether they want to remove it or not. My life is on hold now because of them. I call everyday and they tell me one thing "system is offline"
