Fender Smashed

Noise boys were suppose to supply and repair the engine. I left the car early in December to be fixed. I then visited the company in January to check if it was fixed, to my surprise the car fender was smashed instead. They were not apologetic about it but promised to fix it. When I went to check again, I realised that the fender colour is different to the original colour of the car. Furthermore, the process of fixing the car was delayed, till today I have not received the car. Each time I call they are promising to finish it. The response would be either \we will finish it this day, that day etc\" . As a result, today (03 February 2016) I reported the matter at the police station and they were called by the person in charge. They are promising to finish it. I must the attitude is also bad. "
