Car fell of lift at Noise Boys

Dear Hello Peter...please help. My husband took my car in for minor repairs at Noise Boys in Pretoria in Khosi Mampuru Street on Monday the 26th. The car was trembling and the engine light was still on when he took it back on Tuesday for them to check. When they were busy checking the car fell from the hoist it was lifted in and it is now damaged. The owner refuses to take respobsibility and says we must claim through our own insurance.

I think this is bad service and unacceptable as the damaged happen under their watch.

Please assist as he does not want to take responsibility for the damage.
