BAD SERVICE NOISEBOYS

I have requested a towbar to be fitted at the Bellville branch. I paid my deposit and the owner was full of excuses why it can`t be fitted. It was agreed that the deposit will be paid back but it is also not happening. The owner that took my deposit is now saying she will pay it back when she feels like it. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED FROM NOISEBOYS.
