Estate Agent acts *********, unprincipled

We all laugh and say we cannot complain about the service cause there isn't any, but having your child look at you and ask were are we going to live and you don't know, is no joke!!! I found a flat to rent thru Noelene's Estate agency. I had to get the application form from her but she was ducking and diving with excuses of her mom being in hospital. Me being sympathetic and believing her, I asked her telephonically if I have the place as I had to give notice at my current abode and had to give month's notice. She assured me that I can give notice. 2 weeks later she sends me an email informing me that the current tenants are not moving anymore. I phoned her and she asked if I want her to put the people in the street, I suggested she does as my daughter and I were gonna be homeless as from the end of the month. She then requested I send the application form plus the R1000 non-refundable admin fee and she will see if she can approve me . . . no need to say I decided not to hand her the easy R1000. Thanks to Catherine from Just Property Group I found a place to move into the day before I had to be out of the current place.
