On Saturday the 9th of May 2015 at around 10pm, I got into an accident at Bushell bridge and car ended up at the bottom of a roughly 2m bridge. Noddy's breakdown where one of the first people on the sine and offered to assist getting the car out. I then enquired a rough estimate of costs of towing the car, then said it will be calculated at the office depending on the time they take to get it out. They then called a small truck to get the car out and said someone was getting something to assist we waited 35 minutes before the person came,thereafter it took 20 minutes get the car out which the estimate is going to be based. The car was taken to be kept at their facility roughly 5kms from the scene which will also be costed and R200 of storage for a day. On Monday morning when I arrived to fetch the car and enquired about the price they just said R5500 and when I asked how they gotto the sum they told me they just did, I then asked for a quote detailing how they got to the sum they then told me that they would add Vat since I want it on paper and quotation grand total was R6270. It still does not explain how they got to the total. <br> I just want to know if it is a fair price for 20 m
