Paid Yet No Clearance

I paid R1900 last year on the 12 Dec 2023 to clear my name. Had forwarded the POP however when calling through the contact centre to confirm POP and what is outstanding I keep on being transfered from pine pillow to post. I would like a refund as you did not assist me nor willing to respond to my email. I am no longer in use of your services. Please ensure I get feedback immediately. Thanks
