I have no words to describe the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have experienced with them. Their consultants lady called Shirley. Disappointed beyond my life they are not transparent and it's all lies. Paid R6500 to them on the 10 Jan 2022 and they promised me that they will remove my name under debt review but its all lies. Disgusting and unprofessional. The lady called Shirley seems to be confused every time you call her. No other answer she has for you than THEY ARE WAITING FOR COURT DATE. Credit clearance certificate signed at Nokofin on the 7 March 2022 they provided to me could not assist me when I sent it to transunion. Debts are not cleared and I still remain under debt review.
