Rude staff and unprofessional services

Nobuhle Khumalo optometrist , i ordered glasses and wasn't made according to my specifications, she re tested my eyes and ordered me new glasses which was still not suitable for me and then billed me for both pair of glasses yet non of them i can use , i am still awaiting a refund as none of the glasses i could use , her staff were very rude and chased me out the premises upon requesting a refund.
