The above supplier ******s money from the client by insisting that the Ex Works to Cif charges be prepaid by the client even though the contract states CIF. the supplier then increases the amount after each payment and adds additional charges. by the time this has happened the client has already lost many thousands of $ . I eventually got the Dept of Trade & Industry in South Africa as well as Tanzania to do a check on the company and found that they were not a registered business.
