<p> Steve Mbogo Ndegwa and Edwin John Joshua approached us in July 2016. They sent us a contract which we never signed and they kept begging us for money on a daily basis, claiming they would loose 40 kilo ready to be shipped in Nairobi. They told us they would send us the export papers with our company name and after receiving the papers they expected us to pay US$ 98.000,- for Export Taxes which we refused. We told them the only way for us to do business is to inspect the goods do several checks with the local government and pick things up from there and they agreed. We were in Kampala, Uganda for business which they were not aware of so we traveled to Nairobi and they gave us some collateral under the condition that we would immediately pay taxes for 40 kilo's of Dore Bars. They made it look like we were at a Customs Office at the Nairobi Airport but we found out that was not the case. They just hired some guys in Customs uniforms and soldiers with AK-47's to make things look real. After receiving the collateral from Edwin and Steve we drove immediately to the Ministry of Mining ourself in Nairobi to test it without letting them know ofcourse. The collateral was brass and the export papers were all ****. Noble Metals and Minerals , Katanga Import and Export , Future Fow Ent. as well as Edwin John Joshua and Steve Mbogo Ndegwa are nothing but trash. ******** are looking to ***** money you work very hard for. One thing I found out and very important to mention as I do nt want people to chase these ********* alone. They are very, very well connected with Government Officials in Dar Es Salaam as well as Nairobi and they can get you locked up with one simple phonecall. Just stay away from these ********.</p>
