I placed my order on the 20/11/2020 and payed on the same day, including delivery, Hope assured me that the gift will be delivred 5/7 days, its the 4th of December today and we are still running behind her. She is not apologetic, she basically told me on the 27th that I need to understand that she was busy with her sisters matric dance, not sure how that entres into her business. She was very professional at the begining of the transaction but at this point she even told me to drive to centurion to pick up the order, she is beyond rude.
