Worst transportation bus ever #Noble's Transport CC

They are the WORSE transport service ever 🚨. I boarded in at Komani/Queenstown train station. Before we boarded, we were informed people who bought tickets online they should wait for another bus 🚌, they were only boarding in the people who bought the tickets at the office 😒. The bus was a new bus 😬, and they said ours (people bought online tickets) board to the bus that was still at the Engine garage that will come later. When we asked about the time, they said they didn’t know 🤷♀️.

When the bus arrived, which end it was late, it was old and you could see it’s the one used for school kids 🚌, some chairs cosheen were falling and some places were writing on with pen 😂. It was almost full already anyway 🤯. After boarding, it stated moving, the bus had a bad sound coming from below 🚨, as we move the sound became worse 🤕. We asked the drivers regarding the noise, they ignored us and continued 😡. The bus started struggling to move when the road is going down or high 🚗, when they change gear they struggled 🤦♂️. There was a smoke 🚭 and smelling of burning tyre 🔥. We kept complaining, one of the driver said the bus had an issue with the brakes 🚨, but we will make it to Cape Town at this time 😬.

We were close to Graaff-Reinet and we kept asking them to get another bus cause that one was not right 🙅♂️, and if they continued will not make it home alive but in casket ⚰️, which one driver kept saying we will arrive 😂, and another said he will contact his people to get another 🤣. But when we arrived in Graaff-Reinet, we had to protest 🛑 for them to see we were serious and called for back up bus 🚌, which they informed us the bus we were in has a minor issue with brakes 🚨, but it can move 🤔, it also had an issue with gear 5,6 and 7 🤯. When I ask about De Doorns road 🛣️, how will it survive there, the driver said we will pray 🙏 we do survive 😱. However, we refused entering and they requested a back up bus 🚌, which had falling chairs 😂, but atleast it moved even though at De Doorns it struggled a bit 😅.

THE OWNER OF THESE BUS NEEDS TO STOP RISKING PEOPLE'S LIVES 🚨 BY USING OLD BUS FOR LONG DISTANCE DRIVING 🚫. I had the worse experience ever 😡, and thank God 🙏 for his protection through this journey. We were to arrive in Cape Town at 6am but we arrived at 10:00 alive 🙏, which I thank God 😇.
