Installation of Adjustable Awnings - Poor Workmanship

My experience with Noble Awnings has unfortunately been disappointing. Multiple awning installations were completed at my property over an extended period. Following installation, a significant number of workmanship-related defects were identified, including water leaks, finishing defects, alignment issues, and damage that required repeated follow-up. Despite numerous site visits, WhatsApp communications, emails, photographs, and opportunities to rectify the issues, several defects remained unresolved at the time of writing. As a result, the project could not be formally signed off and a completion certificate was not issued.

I have maintained detailed records, including photographs and correspondence, and have subsequently referred the matter for professional assessment and legal review.
