Bad attitude and incorrect prices

If you are in the mood to be ripped-off, insulted and humiliated, you might enjoy your shopping experience here. We bought from the plumbing section at Noags Market, and the floor staff were great, but two men at the checkout counter were extremely rude. We bought a lot of items, but one went through the checkout and was priced considerably higher than it's price on the shelf. We checked the bar-codes, item description and everything was fine, but it was about R30 more expensive. We asked them to please allow us to buy the item at the advertised price, but they instead insulted us by saying they would give us a 'discounted price' which was still more than the actual selling price. Then when we persisted, they pretended to phone the manager and kept us standing there while they ****d a phone call. That is when we just left the item and went to a separate checkout to pay for the rest. What a pity that these staff members should behave in such an unprofessional manner, refusing to assist customers and make sales, in this economy that can't be good for business, can it?
