Awful service! and we never received a refund nor any apologies

My husband returned the safety boots he purchased at Noahs Market, after 2days they broke, the entire sole came off. Noahs market took back the shoes and said they will phone him with replacements, it's 1year later and we still haven't heard anything. We've been there countless times and they always say they will follow up. But Still NOTHING! Terrible, we never even got a refund.
