Conflicting information

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I took my dog for a check up and his vaccinations. The vet then gave my dog some pills and said that he first needs to see how he responds to the pills and he will then do the vaccination when he comes back for the follow-up. After asking about the vaccination again he said don't worry the follow up is free and the vaccination also. After taking him back they suddenly charged me for the vaccination which is the same amount as a complete checkup and vaccination! Don't lie to your clients!
