Unprofessional Service

<p>I approached this company for voluntary sequestration in June 2016 and I started paying them R3222 per month from 25 July 2016. They told me that it would take approximately 6 months before their lawyers would file for sequestration. It is now one year later and I have paid them R38 664, but still nothing filed at the court. My e-mails to Jacques Odendaal are ignored completely and he is never available when I call and he NEVER returns any of my calls.</p> <p>The fact of the matter is that they cannot sequestrate you if you do not have sufficient funds available. I have no fixed assets which can be sold to pay back creditors, which means I have to have at least 10c out of every R1 of debt in cash available. My combined debt is approximately R1.5 million, which means I need to have R150 000 in cash available before the courts will consider a sequestration. Currently I have R38664, so is No More Debt waiting for my account to reach R150 000, which will take approximately 4 years? Why are they ignoring my calls? How do I get my money back because clearly they cannot provide the service they promised and I am definitely not going to wait 4 years for sequestration, by that time my creditors will have ripped me apart?!</p> <p>A stern warning to everyone considering sequestration, be carefull which company you appraoch and don't believe everything they tell you. I will probably not get my money back because clearly this company doesn't have very high business ethic and morals, but I am definitely not paying one more cent to them.</p>
