Poor service
1st there was an issue that my outstanding balance jumped from R 6,000 to R 25,000. No explanation as to why this happened. 2nd, I requested a settlement, waiting for almost two weeks to get out of Christa at DC Partners in Centurion. Whenever I phone the office too speak to Christa, she is never available.
Dear Mr Strydom, regarding your review posted about our poor service I think we need to make it clear that we completed all processes required and assisted you in the best possible way. You have received your clearance certificate and you are no longer over-indebted.
The problem that you were experiencing is in fact a problem that most our consumers are experiencing and that is waiting for feedback from the credit providers. We are the communication between yourself and the credit providers and have to request settlement and balances from them, this can take up to 10 business days and should we not receive a response, the matter must be escalated and again we have to wait 10 business days.
