NMD - Worse than TV license department

After a year of dealing with this lot, with my hopes of coming out the other end debt free - it's disappointing to know you've left your trust and hard earned Rands go to a shameless organization such as No More Debt.

Progress reports, feedback, account statements - none of these will ever be delivered to you. Even when you hound them time and time again, the buck is always passed to the next person, and they have a blanket response of "We will look into it and get back to you".

The lack of feedback and basic client services is beyond bad - I'd go so far as to say I've had better feedback from the TV license department.
