NMD - DON'T RESPOND AND NO REFUND AS PROMISED

The service I have received from No More Debt has been unfair. I turned to them for help and to get me out of my debt situation before it became something I can't recover from. They were very willing to assist and guide me through the process and reassured me all will be ok. <br> <br> It has now been 7 months and even worse off. They debited my account twice and then stopped and I tried to phone and email to find out what was happening. I got a response in December saying they had a jurisdiction problem and would get back to me - they never did until I had to follow up again in January 2016. They could not help me and I asked to please refund me and I would find someone who could assist me. They agreed to refund me.<br> <br> Many excuses followed for the whole of January 2016. On 5 February 2016 they sent me an email saying they respected my decision and would then refund me. It is now 16 February 2016 and I still have nothing. I have sent emails every day to provide me with feedback on my refund and left telephone messages.<br> <br> All I wanted was some form of communication on this. I have been more than fair and patient. This is no way to treat someone. I just want my funds back and move on
