Bad Client Service

The ladies that work there are EXTREMELY RUDE! Never have I had a employee speak to me the way the ladies spoke to me at this business. I will NEVER be using them again. I won't recommend using them. We bought a head from them and after awhile we asked for our money back because they couldn't find one for the specific bike. They lady helping us starting yelling at us on Saturday. When I phoned on Monday to ask to speak to the manager to resolve the problem she started yelling and cursing at me once more. Bad client service.
