S****** Repair(disappointing)

Hi there, i took my s****** to No Limit Quads in Kuilsriver last week, i explained to the owner what the problem is, 3 days later he phones me to say the s****** is fixed and sorted, things on the s****** was replaced and oil changed plus carb cleaned R1000 later, they didn't even have the courtesy to phone me and say Mr XYZ we have replaced this and that, can we go ahead? What upsets me is that the original problem is still there and has not been fixed, i only budgeted R500 more or less and they hit me with a bill of R1000, so unprofessional and unacceptable,the best part is that i spoke to the owner and explained to him that the problem on the s****** is still there, he says that i can bring it back but he'll have to charge me for labour and anything else that needs to be replaced. What nonsense
