Incomplete borehole , with lots of empty promisses. Money lost

I have hired this company to drill a borehole in my back yard. I payed 26k deposit and would have payed the last 6k when the job was compleated. The drillers sent to my place has now left with the borehole not compleated. I have now tried to call Cluad 56 times today and left verouse whats app messages to no avail. Je reads the whatap messages and simply ignores me. I have now lost 26000 rand and have nothing to show for it. Thos man is a con. He promisses that he wil compleat the job bit never arivess. If you ever want a bore hole done dont use this guy ore his coumpany cuase you will leave dissapointed.
