WORST LEASING COMPANY EVER PLUS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have had the worst experience with this company .Firstly they have the most disrespectful staff .The lady by the Name of Jennifer who is supposedly their finance manager or debtors clerk is disrespectful to clients and nothing was done by her manager Charmaine when i reported that she was screaming at me when i confronted her about communicating the payment arrangement for their ****py car .

I made a payment arrangement with her in June 2020 to my surprise in july i get a call that they are here tp pick up the car in the middle of July .When i called to confirm with Jennifer and ask why coz i made an arrangement and stuck to it she claimed they are not a bank and there is no arrangement yet it written in black and white on email .She says that their directors did not approve it and that is not an arrangement lol .I cant believe this .

They didn't even tell me that the car is up for collection i found out during the collection and i wasnt home .Then it was a whole back and forth in which i was told that i cannot drop of the car because they alaready put it up for collection without me agreeing to the collection fee of R3000 meaning i know owe them R9000 .The worst part is that they say that if i want to terminate i have to pay 4 months installments meaning i wont get my deposit back since they will minus it from that and add that 9000 rand meaning i will owe them R18000. Then they claim they cant terminate immediately it will take 30 days for then to finalization the termination and i will be charged while i wont have the car which is not part of their contract .

to top this off they don't even tell you anything when you lease the car they make you pay deposit and you get to see the car after and you get the contract after and then all this garbage of a contract is shown to you .If you don't take the car you have to wait 30 days or 14 days for the refund of your deposit.

Its a money grabbing ,non-customer centric company The prey on the people that really need a car but cant get it form banks so they know you are desperate and they basically don't care whether you have an issue even during a pandemic. .they keep saying they are not like banks and when i asked to speak to their directors they said they don't speak to clients yet they keep referring to them in every conversation.

DO NOT USE THESES CARS .THEY ARE AWFUL .AND THEY BASICALLY CHARGE YOU FOR NOTHING .
