WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!! THESE PEOEPLE ARE *******

Worst Place ever, you think these people are there to help you in need but they are *******!

I couldn't pay my car for 2 months, as I lost my job, I tried making arrangements as I got a job again 2 months later, they wouldn't accept it or try to help with a downgrade, they just fetched the car without me being there still with all my personal belongings in it. I was told my contract was canceled an d I have lost everything I paid aswell as my deposit of R20000. Since Aug 2023 I didn't hear a word from them, then suddenly they debit my account with R6500, I asked for it back and on return I get a bill ok almost R40k for what i don't know, it's the first time I see this document. The R6500 they deducted was part of a deposit I lent from my work for an apartment I needed to move in to, I have now lost the apartment as I couldn't pay the deposit.

They just refuse to give me back my money
