Worst Customer service Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never experienced such terrible, horrifying customer service in my life. I was literally treated as a ********.For one month debit that did not reach there system which was not my fault i was not even given a chance to query with my bank nor was I given any notification from them my debit did not run.So rudely i was called that my vehicle will be picked up or switch off and towed.Then decided to go to the offices to resolve the issue as the debit amount reflected on my statement.While i was sitting in the finance guys office Rowan he said to me give me a minute after that returned and blunlty said your goods are being removed and the vehicle is booked in.With using my last to put petrol to get there i told him why am i not given a chance to investigate with my bank and how am i to get home and to my daughter in sunninghill.He rudely said its not his problem i then went to the reception in tears and he chucked my things on the floor next to me walked away and laughed.I was then charged a release fee of R3000 on my account which nothing of this was in the contract .I spoke to Charmaine the manager about this scenario and after discussions with the branch head they did not care about me as the customer and refused to waive the fee and expected me to pay double installment and the fee.I then cancelled the contract and the debit has gone off my account again and i was told i will not get this money back as i still owe them.They ripp people off i have been with them for 10Months and have experienced the worst.From day one they gave me a car with a fanbelt and aircon problem to date this has still not been fixed and it was reported within seven days of having the vehicle.They wanted to chearge me for the fanbelt etc ...I am taking them to court!!!!!!!!!They disgusting please do not use them.
