Extremely Disappointed with NFC

I deeply regret buying a car from NFC. The vehicle developed a leaking issue shortly after the purchase, and eventually failed to start completely. I returned it to them, and it has now been over two weeks with no updates. No one bothers to call and inform me of what's happening with my car.

To make matters worse, the staff are rude, dismissive, and show zero empathy. Despite all this, my monthly payments are still being deducted like clockwork—even though I haven’t had a working car for weeks and I’m fully up to date with my payments.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend NFC to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle or respectful service.
