Very bad car repairs and terrible customer service

I had an accident, it took them about a month to collect the car from storage and a futher 5 months to have it repaired. When I eventually got my car back they did a horrible job fixing it. The body work and paint job was not done well at all. The paint is chipping off and does not match the rest of the car. The mechanical side was not done correct either, the damaged my interior, and stole my radio and speaker. Now I dont get any feedback from them. They give very bad customer service.
