Useless dealer ship

I went to rent a car for bolt at no finance cars at their division called east point rentals the car s less than tree month the clutch s dead end they saying i must pay weekly instalment end fix the car which doesn't make sense can they gave us cars that has problem e at the end it's you problem to fix it can someone advice
