05 Aug 2026, 11:26I've been waiting for my refund for over a month. These people, when your payment is late and still early in your contract, they'll contact you and they'll accept any arrangement. When you're left with 3 months and less... They collect the vehicle without taking any arrangements. Do your math and you'll figure out why.
I've been waiting for over a month for my refund, they apparently made a mistake on their side and I must understand even with their rudeness. Shaunice is rude and Inefficient. I want my refund and I would never recommend NFC, EVER! There is no order and Shaunice acts and talks like she owns the company. I doubt the directors are this rude and mean.
