UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE LEVELS

I bought a VW UP from No Finance cars, after paying R15000 deposit, as i drove off their premises in the East Rand, (around 5.45pm), the vehicle was shuddering terribly. I took the car back to them the next day. I was informed that the brakes / discs were gone, and that they had to order the brakes. 3 -4 weeks later, after much phone calls, the parts arrived. I spent an entire day in their worksop waiting for them to sort out my brakes. I lost almost a days work! A few days later the warning light kept beeping, saying that the water level is low, overheating problem, after cheching the car, water level etc was normal, i took the car back to NFC. They did not want to check it, they wanted me to go to a RMI workshop. They said its not serious, but will order the water bottle and fuse which is gone. They also said they will exchange the car for me. I saw a Kia the same day i was there, (over 5 hours again!). A few days later i was informed that the Kia was sold! The next day after reporting the over heating signal, the petrol tank cover fell off, revealing a thick black paint substance that was used to "stick" the cover, and i found over spraying in most parts of the vehicle. The car then started to make a loud noise from the engine. To date, no one has resolved any of my issues, and I am a woman. please stay away from them!!!! Once they have your money, you are just a number!!! No one bothers to even call you back, let alone understand your frustrations. I received an email today saying i should bring the car in for 3 days! I am in sales, and what do i do without a car for 3 days? they do not provide a loan car!!!!!
