#unhappy service delivery by no finance cars

Extremely poor customer service.

Their contracts to rent to own a car is used and created in such a manner to entrap their clients.you have no option to out of your contract as these money hungry culprets will do everything to ensure you suffer financially. Their promises are nothing but hot air and when you try to have your complaints sorted it falls on deaf ears. Their principal Mohammed does not even have the descency to reply on emails sent to him..... Cars that are supposed to maintained by them are not. When you try and buy the car out they will still try and do you in by selling you the car at over priced market retail value..... You pay more for a car at No finance cars than you would at any dealer ship when bying brand new. The contracts they are manipulated to only cover themselfs and do not their clients in any form or shape.... They pull curtains over your eyes by trying to sell you false hope in the sense that you can get a car from them at lower prices without inflasion or risks.....what a bull**** story.... All the cars they put on a rent to own basis are fleet cars that was not properly serviced and yet they stamp the booklet under false pretences..... For all i know they dont even try to accommodate their clients in any way and just avoid websites like these..... Are there any other no finance clients experiencing the same treatment??????
