Unhappy customer

Good day Hello Peter I have a rent to buy car with No Finance Cars in Cape Town I was involved in an accident 12 of December they took the car to their depot for assessment ever since then I have been the one calling , e mails to follow up on what is exactly happening? I couldn’t find joy at all they then decided to transport the vehicle to JHB due to costs to repair after I was told that the vehicle I have to fetch it from JHB when they done with repairs mind you Cape Town have the good panelbeaters too my only problem is basically why does it have to take 8 weeks to repair the car and no feedback to constantly keep me updated also they deduct their installments from December 2019 and also January 2020 and here I am not even using the vehicle and I have to always follow behind their work that they suppose to do deliver good service but I am not happy with their current service Peter please help me to speed up the process of getting my car back fixed and solid.
