Unhappy client of NFC

I got involved in an accident, since last week I haven't gotten any feed back, I'm running out of business coz the car I use is for business, I have a 7 day contract which means the car works 7 days... I called car care and Lauren is the person who is responsible for the car, since last week every day they say they gonna get back to me, I'm loosing out on business and I might loose my contract at skynet, I'm a sub contractor at skynet.... My company needs assurance and time and feed back from my side, real feed back so they can schedule my work but no 1 from no car finance is responding they keep on saying Lauren will get back to me, the vehicle needs to get paid month end and I have a family to support as well.... No 1 is coming with a clear story and they haven't started on the vehicle with repairs. This is my second week with no answer, today I called again and they said the same story Lauren is busy with a client she will get back to me in 30 minutes time, after an hour I called back just to find out that they knocked off after the first 30 minutes, I mean is that fair to lie to me, they knew they going to knock off, but they say they gonna get back to me..... I'm not angry I'm in tears of worry for my business and family coz I'm the bread winner.... If I knew this would happen I was never gonna take any car at their place coz I'm not being looked after, I pay on time I paid full deposit immediately with no problems and I was assured a lot of services that I'm not getting currently.. This is 1 of the reasons man commit suicide because how do I answer my family or the company I do business for.... How do I save my contract at skynet if I don't have a story and prove of progress...
