UNHAPPY CLIENT - DEEPLY DISSAPPOINTED

We bought a car from them the sales person Gerrit was amazing, this was about two years ago we still get the best services from the sales person Gerrit. BUT our car was in an accident last year November, and ever since then i am struggling to get feedback from them. They advised me to take the car for quotes which i did 4 times. I have send them everything and every time there is another story. They do not come to light and if i dont ask them what is going on i do not get feedback. This is very very dissapointing and such bad service with a monthly installment of R12950 and this is the kind of service they give. Not once was our payment late, even paying 4 days before my payday due is. I am very dissapointed fast to take you installment but not fast with service
