Unfairly treated, taking advantage.
I never got the opportunity to come view my car before getting it. I was given an impression by the Sales lady by the name of Moipone at NFC Atlas Road in Boksburg as if there is no other car and this is the only car available from Head Office which I only found out later that it is down the road from her branch. She played on my ignorance. Weeks after receiving the car, I realised that the car left speaker doesn't work. I let the sales lady know about this via email, but till today she has never responded. I even realised the car radio wires are literally falling off, the right passenger can see them as they look very tacky. Then I realised that the backseat of the car stitches are coming out. I called the Sales Lady but she complained more about the onwners of the company and gave me an impression that they will never assist me. Now this is within 7 days of receiving the car. Months along the line I have a problem with the clutch, I contact NFC Head Office in which the car was towed by NFC from Bosch Alberton to NFC Boksburg head office branch, for the clutch to be fixed. A month along the line, i fetch the car for it to come back with no radio. The car went in with a clutch problem for it to come back with no radio. Like when a person gets admitted into a public hospital with an ear drum problem to come out with an an amputated leg. Somebody at the garage clearly stole the radio, coincidentally I bump into the nice man who towed my car by the name of Ashraaf and told him I fetched the car but it has no radio. Then he confirmed with me that the car definitely had a radio they must check the car checklist with Mersha. I did let Lauren who was dealing with my clutch case from Car Care department about this. But unfortunately this will not be sorted out immediately as there are lot of check list they need to go through on a daily. So I drove all the way from Meyerton on the 3rd of December 2018 to Boksburg to come out with no positive outcome, as if I stole the radio even if Bosch Alberton gave me a copy of their checklist when the car was checked in for me to give it to NFC. Now I might have to wait months for this to be investigated. And What makes matters worse, the boot lever broke the next day of fetching the car from NFC. And when I check where it's broken off from, you can tell it's because this car was probably the oldest car in the garage and the lever broke because where it was welded was rusty and old. Clearly The sales lady was getting rid of it, and gave it to a customer like me who really doesn't know much about cars. I am paying R4200. 00 a month for a car with no radio, a broken boot that I need to hold with one hand whilst i take out something from the boot. A car with a backseat that is literally unstitching itself. I am paying for body of the car, as the interior is literally falling apart. NFC staff has really shown me that they don't car about the customers. The owners and managers might be good. But their staff members are really bitter and taking out their bitterness on unaware customers like me. I feel I got the worst car deal and will have to wait 18 months for me to be given a new car. When I ask Lauren about previous rentals before me she tells me there are no previous records on the car. Which now confirms it for me Moipone was getting rid of the car, she needed a sale quick and this old car was available and she got rid of it.
