Tired customer

Never get involved in an accident with no finance cars it is a nightmare.i was involved in an accident which was not my fault the car was towed away by a tow truck because it was blocking the road and I had to go to hospital I informed them about the accident and the vehicle is still at the towtruck company because get this they are negotiating a fee for the towing and I'm responsible for it but each day it goes up please help with this poor service
