They are big ******, everything is about admin fees and about your contract

<p>If you want stress, do business with them, you will mark my word. for a R100.00 fine, they charge you R500.00 admin fee and if you don't pay the fines, they collect the car and want to settle the fines and pay R3000.00 collection fee. If you terminate the contract, they charge you 20% penalty fee which is far more than your deposit plus the balance, which means you forfeit your deposit and liable for the balance after they have done the reconciliation. If they need to fix the car and keep it, they don't give you the courtesy car but whereas you paid the prorata fee when you picked the car. It takes 30 days before they close off your account after terminating the contract and charge you for those 30 days although you had already returned the car.</p>
