They accused me of negligent after swapping my ID book

They asked to make copies of my ID after telling them I want to apply. Then when they went to their office they swapped my ID with someone else’s and I only reassure when I got home. I phoned to notify them they told me I was negligent and that it wasn’t their problem I must call the other lady they swapped my ID with. The ladies who did this mess were Nhlanhla Nala and Promise. I still have this lady’s ID very frustrated . No finance cars in Boksburg is a nightmare don’t go there .
