I agree with you Nellie H.NFC do not know how to treat their customers,their service is pathetic! Our President instructed that banks and accounts must give people grace during the lockdown but these ASSHOLES!!! Actually sent their hound dogs to collect the car, after numerous emails informing them in advance that my husband was on short time during May due to COVID. They did not assist with a payment plan to pay the month we missed, even though they have our deposit of R18k! They do not answer their phone. The accounts department is the worse to deal with. You pay so much monthly but still have to pay for the car to be serviced and pay for the license disc every year, this should have been included in the monthly installment since it is double the amount you would pay for the car. The total of the car paid over 5 yrs is R300k but the value of the car is R150k. We turn to these ******** in desperate times. No matter how desperate you are DO NOT turn to this company!
