THEFT OF MY CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!

I have taken a vehicle from No Finance Cars in Boksburg in 2017. In November of 2017 my company ran into financial difficulty an by en December, the vehicle was taken back to No-Finance Cars. The account has since been closed for 2 months, I do not have the vehicle anymore, and still they are taking the monthly deception of R 5050.00 from my account.

This month, it turned out that the money they took, was for products purchased by a client, and still they are refusing to refund the amount.

During the attempt to get the refund I spoke to Dimukhatso, whom said she could not assist, then spoke to Marie - She at least attempted to assist however, she does not have the power to make decisions. The lady who needs to make the decision is Charmaine.

When contacting them this morning again, Asking to speak to Charmaine, Marie answers the phone, tells Charmaine that I am looking for her, who in returns tells her that she must take my number - please bear in mind that I can overhear the whole conversation on the phone.

They took my number on Saturday as-well, with a promise to phone me back. however to this moment, they are yet to return a call.

My problem is that I need to deliver products to customers which I need to purchase with the money that They took, they, in other words, stole my customers money, and now they are refusing to return it, looking for any way to hold on to it.

More than this, they stole it, without me even having a vehicle, or account at this point.

THIS IS THEFT - AGAINST THE LAW!!!
